The
Combustion Problem
Whenever fuel is burned, it produces smoke or emissions, which are caused by incompletely burnt fuel, thus reducing the power that can be produced from combustion. The reason hydrocarbon-based fuel does not burn completely is that its molecules form clusters and bundles which prevent oxygen from being able to completely unite with the fuel in order to fully combust. Green Plus was designed to unbundle these clusters and complexes so that the hydrocarbons can be much more fully exposed to the oxygen, thereby greatly increasing the percentage of fuel that is burned. The results are improved fuel efficiency, more power, a cooler burning process that eliminates hot spots, and significantly reduced emissions.
Green Plus, which is a true liquid
catalyst that disperses entirely throughout the fuel, can be added in
extremely low concentrations (50 ppm or less). Many attempts to add
different types of catalysts to fuel have been tried, but they are
generally heavy metal-based materials that are extremely expensive and
tend to simply drop out and fall to the fuel tank floor. Green Plus is a
homogenous catalyst that is completely miscible with almost all kinds of
fuel, effectively creating a mini-catalytic
converter in the engine or combustion system. It is the most effective
and economical solution to the combustion problem.
